EzTrack - Track across multiple digital wallets

This is an ongoing collaborative design project (with 3 other team members), which we are working on as part of the Human-Computer Interaction course this semester.

Description

UPI payments are easy for everyday transactions and hence it has become difficult to track the expenses. Tracking money hence is perceived as a hassle that has to be consciously performed to be able to manage budget. Through EzTrack, we intend to address this challenge by enabling seamless tracking of expenses across different digital payment methods. With easy expense tracking and budget allocation, the goal of EzTrack is to keep a tab on the money.

While earlier we thought of creating a third party money tracking application, based on our user research, we changed our goal to instead adding a feature in an existing payment app (Paytm) which people are already using.

Project Journey

As part of this project, we have used several qualitative research methodologies, namely, interviews, surveys and contextual inquiries.

Based on this formative research, we have developed prototypes starting from low-fidelity paper ones to wireframing in Figma.

We are currently in the process of finalizing the Figma prototypes based on the user testing we conducted.

Sense-making and management practices of PCOS by Indian womxn

This is an ongoing study I am conducting as part of my research thesis.

Description

PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is an enigmatic and stigmatized condition of the endocrine and reproductive system. Through this study, I intend the understand the collaborative and individual design needs of Indian womxn dealing with this condition for sense-making and management.

Based on the insights of a semester long qualitative study I conducted, exploring the intersection of the roles of family members and technological interventions in management of this condition seems to be of significance to the discourse around womxn's health and HCI scholarship.
